When you contact RoofMyWorld or ReZa Smart Build, you may share your name, phone number, email address, project location, drawings, photos and requirement details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant recommendations or quotations, and coordinate requested services.

How enquiries are handled

The quote form securely sends the information you submit to the RoofMyWorld sales team by email. If email delivery is unavailable, the website offers a pre-filled WhatsApp message for you to review and send. WhatsApp, telephone and email services have their own privacy practices.

Roof Master AI and improvement feedback

Roof Master sends your question and a limited recent conversation to OpenAI to prepare an answer grounded in the ReZa catalogue. The website records an anonymised, contact-redacted question pattern, the answer and optional helpful or needs-review feedback. These records identify recurring needs and create expert-review knowledge candidates. Unreviewed customer statements are never automatically treated as verified product facts. Individual interaction records are retained for up to 180 days; aggregated review candidates may be retained longer.

Website journey context

During your current browser session, the website may remember pages and products viewed, calculator results and your latest Roof Master topic so a WhatsApp handoff can include a useful project introduction. This temporary context is stored in session storage and clears with the browser session.

Sharing and retention

We use enquiry information only for legitimate business communication and project support. Details may be shared internally or with relevant delivery and project personnel where necessary to fulfil your request. We do not sell enquiry data.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete enquiry information by emailing sales@roofmyworld.com. Business records may be retained where required for contractual, accounting or legal purposes.
